Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. As items are made to order and individually crafted, we are unable to offer a refund unless it applies to any of the issues below.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not accept returns for items where the fragrance is not to your liking. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@vinscents.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
